29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a. Located at 11687 Begonia Drive, Plain City, OH 43064: On or about August 31, 2022, employees working on a residential framing project were not trained to recognize or mitigate fall hazards before working on a residential construction project that exposed them to fall hazards measuring approximately 9 feet. MMD Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442754, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 22, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 988 Zeller Drive, Lot 615, Pickerington, OH 43147. MMD Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1390339, citation number 3, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 12365 Elbright Lane, Pickerington, OH 43147 .
