29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Dolgen Midwest, LLC, located at 505 West Main Street, West Lafayette, OH 43845: On or about August 31, 2022, employees were exposed to struck-by, tripping, and fall hazards from boxed merchandise, that was stacked more than 7 feet high, and was not arranged in a stable and secure manner to prevent boxes from falling and striking employees. Dollar General Corporation was cited under the name Dollar General Corporation DBA Dollar General Store 18688 for a WILLFUL violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1551005, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 21, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1288 Beaverdale Rd Ne Dalton, GA 30721.
