29 CFR 1926.302(b)(6): The use of hoses for hoisting or lowering tools was permitted. a- 25, 27, 29, 31, 33 Cardinal Way, Mount Laurel NJ - On or about 08/25/22 a worker and the company worksite Foreman lowered air nailers, from the structure's second floor to the ground surface below, using the air hoses there were connected to. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
