29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): All sprocket wheels and chains were not enclosed unless they are more than seven (7) feet above the floor or platform. a) This violation occurred on or about August 17, 2022, and at times prior thereto; in production plant, B side Gemini/Vemag Roll Dough, where sprocket wheels and chains were not enclosed: a. Sprockets and chains at Left side on the hoist equipment frame. b. Sprockets and chains at Right side on the hoist equipment frame. c. Hole on the hoist equipment frame at the left side exposed Sprockets and chains. d. Hole on the hoist equipment frame at the right side exposed Sprockets and chains.
