29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: (a)Steinhaus Brothers, Inc. dba SBI Manufacturing at 47061 Phillip Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On or about and at times prior to August 5, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from flying particles when using hand grinders on metal components, in that employees did not use face shields when performing these activities. This condition exposed employees to cut and burn hazards.
