29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(3): Ladders were loaded beyond the maximum intended load for which they are built: a- 514 Warren Ave, Ho-Ho-Kus NJ 07423: Employees engaged in roofing activities are exposed to falls of approximately 18ft as the ladder is loaded beyond maximum intended load for which they were built. Two employees are utilizing the same ladder while coming down from the roof. Condition observed on or about 08/04/2022
