29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a- Clubhouse, 2 Magnolia Drive, Freehold NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 12 feet 3 inches to the cement floor below, when accessing to and egressing from the top plates of a commercial structure's interior wall frames using 2 x 4's set diagonally on those walls. Condition observed on or about 07/28/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
