29 CFR 1910.333(c)(7): Portable ladders did not have non conductive siderails if they were used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized parts: On or about 7/24/2022 at the jobsite located at 869 West 46 street, MIAMI BEACH, FL 33140, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard when using an aluminum Werner ladder to access a tree that was 7 feet 6 inches from a 7,620-volt overhead power line.
