29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) On or about July 28, 2022, at the jobsite located at 1360 Bluebird Drive, Oconomowoc, WI, employees accessing the roof to conduct roofing work from a ladder which did not extend at least three feet above the roof. The Kike's Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384312, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 9592 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum WI 53040.
