It shall be readily accessible and operate whether pushed or pulled. The safety tripping devices shall be located within reach of the operator and the bite. a) 1100 Governor Lea Road, Bear, DE 19701 (Old Calender ): On or about July 26, 2022, and other various days before, the employer failed to guard the ingoing nip points of Old Calender Chill Rollers and heat rollers with a Safety tripod, cable, or wire center cord to protect workers for in-running rolls, exposing employees to caught in/amputation hazards.
