29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2):Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), work practices that were used were not suitable for the conditions under which the work was performed: On or about July 25, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees who were exposed to live parts that were not deenergized were following work practices that were suitable for the conditions under which the work was performed. An employee was injured on July 25, 2022 after being exposed to energized equipment with improper personal protective equipment.
