29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about July 19, 2022 and at times prior, while an employee was working inside the paint storage shed, the fire extinguisher inside was not mounted/secured to the wall and identified/marked accordingly, exposing the employee to fire/engulfment hazards.
