29 CFR 1910.141(g)(4): Food or beverages were stored in area(s) exposed to toxic material(s): a) Dry Storage - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, employees consumed food which was stored in dry storage and the ceiling had leaking water from the processing equipment above it during sanitation, exposing employees to health hazards. b) Galley - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, employees consumed food from serving trays stored below damaged area of leaky roof and insultation material unsecured, exposing employees to health hazards.
