29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed: a) Kenmore West High School, 33 Highland Parkway, Buffalo, NY, rooms 321, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 327A, 327B, 328, and 329 - On or about June 28, 2022 through July 1, 2022 and July 5, 2022 - where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, including where Class II asbestos work of drilling into ceilings containing asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM), the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
