Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) 19 Athena Ave, Clifton, NJ 07013: The employer failed to ensure employees conducting solar panel installation work on a single family home being unprotected in all directions, approximately 25 feet above grade, were provided adequate fall protection, on or about 7/14/2022.
