29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1):The employer shall provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE. Each such employee shall be trained to know at least the following, as required by 29 CFR 1910.132 (f)(1)(i) through (f)(1)(v): a. On or about July 10, 2022, located in Shop#2 at Furnace#5, employees were exposed to molten materials while responding to a ladle burn through incident to contain the spill and break-up/handle the semi-cooled material. The employer did not ensure that employees were trained to use protective clothing, such as but not limited to; neck caps, aluminized clothing (jackets/gloves), and face shields to protect from burns in accordance with the 1910.132(f)(1)(i)-(v) requirements
