29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladders and/or stairways: a) 109 North Avenue, Jonesboro, Amenity Space/NW area - On or about July 5, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that employees were trained in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling ladders. Employees were climbing the ladder to reach the second floor at 11 feet and 6.5 inches above a lower level.
