29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: La Marquesa Apartments: On or about July 7, 2022, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to a fall hazard over 10 feet to the ground below while working on a scaffold that had not been erected under the supervision of a competent person.
