29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2):Mid-rails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structure members were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface when there was no wall or parapet wall at least 21 inches (53 cm) high. a) New residential construction located on Lot #32 at Philips Grove, Orlando FL, Front side of structure: On or about July 6, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 14-feet, 1-inches to the lower ground level in that, a 21" mid-rail was not added to the guardrail while employees work on the upper landing.
