29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a) Offices/Front Shop: On or about 7/6/2022, a designated exit sign was not affixed to exit doors in the office between the Front Shop and Back Shop, impeding employee egress. b) Front Section/Front Shop: On or about 7/6/2022, a designated exit sign was not affixed to the exit door in the Rack 6 area, impeding employee egress. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
