29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite located at 250 North Bradford Avenue, West Chester, PA.: The employer did not ensure that employees conducting residential framing operations on the 4th story of the building, approximately 30 feet from the ground were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. Condition was observed on or about June 30, 2022
