29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a - 433 Stokes Avenue, Ewing NJ: The employer did not train employees on the knowledge and skill deficiencies associated with energy control measures for the machines they serviced and/or maintained which included, but were not limited to, when performing maintenance or servicing a McNeilus Front Loader's tail gate. Violation noted on or about and prior to 06/27/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
