29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a) Knoxville National Cemetery: On or about June 23, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to gasoline and oil for which the employer did not compile a complete chemical list of all hazardous materials used in the workplace. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
