29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located 129 East Cumberland Street, Philadelphia, PA.: The employer did not provide a training program for each employee conducting framing activities exposed to open and unprotected edges approximately 30 feet above ground level in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. Condition observed on or about June 24, 2022. AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1533829, Citation Number , Item Number 1/b and was affirmed as a final order on January 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 210 W Cumberland St, Philadelphia, PA. AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1406812, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1206 N Oriana St, Philadelphia, PA- 19122.
