29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) Worksite, 61 Paddock Farm Rd. Brewster, NY: On or about June 15, 2022, an employee was trimming branches from a pine hedge row from the bucket of an Altec LR7 aerial lift approximately 40 feet high and was not wearing a protective helmet.
