29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using a ladder had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladder: a) Residential Driveway- 1910 Peregrine Drive, Brighton, CO 80601: On or about 06/18/2022, an employee was provided a ladder to access an area to conduct work in a trench 11-13 feet deep, but was not provided training for safe use of the ladder. The ladder had visible defects. The employee was exposed to falls hazards from the ladder.
