29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: At a worksite located at 614 W Johnathan Dr, Marionville, MO 65705: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. This was demonstrated when a relocated power tap (E 192912) was plugged into another extension cord in series and not in accordance with the listing, labeling, and certification of the extension cords. This occurred on or about August 17, 2022, and at times prior to that. The relocatable power tap was being used by employees to power tools and equipment.
