29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below: a) On or about 05/20/2022, at 4830 NW 65 Avenue Fort Lauderdale FL 33319, employees engaged in concrete stucco work, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet from a scaffold that was missing toeboards.
