29 CFR 1926.451(g)(3)(iv): Vertical lifelines and outrigger support lines were attached to the same point of anchorage: a) Jobsite located at 305 N 15th St, Philadelphia, PA: Employees performing work from a two-point adjustable suspension scaffold were exposed to 70-foot fall hazards in that anchorage points for two vertical lifelines were installed on the same structural steel beam being used as an anchorage point for the suspension scaffold tiebacks. Conditions noted on May 25, 2022.
