Seat belts for agricultural and light industrial tractors did not meet the seat belt requirements of Society of Automotive Engineers J333a-1970, Operator Protection for Agricultural and Light Industrial Tractors. a) 6521 Rock Springs Road Stonecrest, Georgia; On or about May 19, 2022, the Scraper 104 did not have a functioning seatbelt, exposing the operator to a struck by hazard.
