29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) The employer did not ensure effective protections against struck-by, trip, and fall hazards, as demonstrated on or about April 19, 2022, in the main storage room / receiving room where employees move and retrieve stock. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure boxed merchandise that is in storage is arranged in a stable manner to prevent it from falling onto or in the path of employees.
