29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Every enclosed workplace was not constructed, equipped, and maintained, so far as reasonably practicable, as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, and other vermin. A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted where their presence is detected. On or about March 12, 2022, and at times prior thereto, a continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted where the presence of rodents were detected, exposing employees to various health hazards. 1) Deceased rodents within stockroom office; 2) Living rodents within stockroom walkways; 3) Rodent Feces within establishment offices to include stockroom, employee breakroom, and conference room.
