29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) Todd's Lane (East Bound Lane) & Edgemoor Road, Wilmington, Delaware 19802 (East Bound Lane): On or about May 5, 2022, the employer failed to provide signs visible to the public while traveling on Todd's Lane east to assist traffic in understanding traffic pattern changes due to sewer installation work. Employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/ caught in hazards when they performed sewer installation work.
