29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(ii):Each employee on a single-point or two-point adjustable suspension scaffold was not protected by both a personal fall arrest system and a guardrail system: A) On or about April 26, 2022 at 118-37 Metropolitan Avenue, Kew Gardens, NY 11415 An employee working on a two-point suspension scaffold while performing exterior brick pointing was not protected by both a personal fall arrest system and a guardrail system resulting in an employee falling approximately twenty (20) feet to the lower level on April 26, 2022. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
