29 CFR 1910.269(b)(1)(i): When two or more employees were performing field work on, or associated with, exposed lines or equipment energized at 50 volts or more, the employer did not provide at least two trained persons with first-aid training. On or about March 22, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees conducted mobile electrical field work, with no one onsite trained or certified in first-aid (CPR) training.
