29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about 4/06/2022, 5204 Hannas Rest Frederiksted, VI 00840 - Warehouse, a portable fire extinguisher was blocked with grocery boxes, pallets, grocery carts, and other miscellaneous items, exposing employees to fire hazards.
