29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): a. 1200 County Rd. 523, Flemington, NJ - Warehouse - Carpet Returns The employer did not ensure doorways that could be mistaken for an exit were not marked as "Not an Exit". Employees engaged in product return activities in the warehouse, worked in an area where the door marked as an exit was not usable as an exit, and was not marked as "Not an Exit". Exit doors from the employer's warehouse led into another warehouse and could not be accessed as an exit. Violation observed on or about April 20, 2022
