29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Throughout Production area - On or about 04/14/2022, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazard and struck-by hazard in that the employer failed to develop and implement a procedure for the control of potentially hazardous energies when employees were repairing and maintaining the machines such as, but not limited to, Perfecta Teepack Machine #1, Luxme Automatic Bag Slitter (Compactor), plant Reclaim Vacuum and Blending Vacuum Hoist.
