29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): All lamps for general illumination shall be protected from accidental contact or breakage. Metal-case sockets shall be grounded. On or about April 9, 2022, a drop light used during foundation repair work was missing the guard for the light bulb, exposing the employees to an electrical hazard.
