29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Dollar General Store #7988 - 3502 East Hillsborough Avenue Tampa, Florida 33610: The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire and obstruction hazards as demonstrated on or about April 8, 2022, and times prior, in the receiving/backroom, where employees move, work, and retrieve merchandise. In that, the double exit door was obstructed by U-boats with merchandise. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that exit doors are kept clear and unobstructed. b) Dollar General Store #7988 - 3502 East Hillsborough Avenue Tampa, Florida 33610: The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire and obstruction hazards as demonstrated on or about April 8, 2022, and times prior, in the store sales floor, where employees move, work, and stock merchandise. In that, the west side exit door was obstructed by merchandise, boxes of product, and rolltainers. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that exit doors are kept clear and unobstructed. The Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited WILLFUL for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550627, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10100 Airport Blvd, Mobile, Alabama. The Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1551005, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 21, 2022, which respect to a workplace located at 1288 Beaverdale Rd Ne, Dalton, Georgia.
