Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003 Hazard:
1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) On or before April 6, 2022, employees were exposed to a tripping hazard in that the access to the circuit breaker boxes was only approximately ten inches wide at its narrowest point. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a triple-repeat serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443653, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on April 19, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2708 Renaissance Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76105.
