29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training that covered the required elements in 1910.134(k)(1)(i) through 1910.134(k)(1)(vii): Location - 121 Northboro Rd E, Marlborough, MA 01752. On or about 4/4/2022, employees mandated to use N95 respirators during tasks such as, but not limited to, the provision of medication, treatment, and other care as necessary to residents confirmed positive and/or suspected positive for COVID-19 did not receive initial training on the topics listed in 29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(i) - (vii). Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1474928, Citation 1, Item 1D, and was affirmed a final order on 5/26/2021, with respect to the facility at 121 Northboro Rd E, Marlborough, MA 01752.
