29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a) 99 West Passaic St, Rutherford, NJ: The employer did not provide proper access to the roof which was approximately 25 feet above lower level. Employees were using a material hoist track to access the roof of a residential home, on or about 3/31/2022.
