29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) In the Fertigation Area at 4020 Vison Way, Lemont Furnace PA, on or about March 28, 2022 - An eye and body wash station suitable for quick drenching was not provided in the immediate location when employees handled and pumped potassium hydroxide from 55-gallon drums into smaller containers.
