29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Worldwide Vintage Autos, LLC located at 4001 Forest St. Denver, CO 80216: On 3/22/2022, the employer did not ensure that employees who used corrosive chemicals, including Loctite AA 312 when completing automotive maintenance and repairs, were provided with suitable facilities which provided quick drenching or flushing of their eyes or body in the event of an emergency. This hazard exposed employees to injurious corrosive chemical hazards including chemical burns.
