29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) Suspension scaffold for drop #4 at the jobsite: On or about March 14, 2022, two employees accessed a suspended scaffold that did not have a guardrail system on the interior side.
