29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Backroom - On March 9, 2022, the employer did not ensure that there was sufficient access or a safe working space around the electrical panels. The electrical panels B, C and D were blocked by metal mesh rolling carts, carboard boxes, metal sign holders and utility carts. Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1298154, Citation number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2018, with respect to the workplace located at 9561 Sage Meadow Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76137. No abatement certification is required for this item.
