Warehouse: On and/or before March 03, 2022 appliances were plugged into relocatable power taps and/or extension cords which were daisy chained and not used according to listing and labeling instructions. Employee(s) were exposed to potential electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s). In the following locations: a) Outside Maintenance Stockroom, NDC area: Orange portable extension cord plugged into a white relocatable power tap. b) Maintenance Area: "Daisy chained" power tap plugged into orange extension cord plugged into a black extension cord. c) Maintenance Area: Microwave and mini fridge plugged into power tap.
