29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. On or about March 2, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the 240 volt main panel disconnect for the machines in the Separator Machine Room and the Old Rendering Area in the panel room was not labeled, exposing employees to the hazards associated with a delay in disconnecting power to the machine.
