29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace (Maritime Reference 1915.154): a) On or about February 24, 2022, in a marine shipyard, a medical evaluation was not provided for employees required to wear 3M 6200 half-face respirators when performing torch cutting for shipbreaking activities.
